If we are 100% dependant on the farm bill Dr Dalton should put out the following PR:
It is with deep frustration and disappointment that UNIVEC will not be able to enter the medical cannabis market due to our inept Congress. We had a golden opportunity to do wonderful things in the medical cannabis field while creating jobs and bringing struggling communities back to life. It is my hope that our valued shareholders will continue to hold tightly to their shares as one day in the not too distant future America might actually enter into the 21'st century and grow some balls.
