What I like about it is we know that nobody has ever got .0001s and so whenever relatively small numbers of .0002s get put up on the undercut ask it is usually an insignificant small holder selling for a commission loss because they are impatient - or occasionally shorts trying to cover after they shorted it down from .0003 to get more .0002s.
The majority of .0002s bought are never on the ask at .0003 and so it is thin to the upside.
Also it has a thin share structure for a stock in this price range - so it isn't going to have to trade 300M > 1 Billion to move up one .0001 increment like many in the .0003 > .0020 range do.
Just a matter of time before the right update comes along and the handful of people with sell orders at .0003 - who failed to cancel today on great news - get bought out.
