Do you mean legally that is the only thing they could do and are you suggesting they would not do anything that violates their signed agreement?
Why do you think the company required an agreement that Aspire would not short or hedge? I am happy they are not getting more shares, and am very willing to wait for a partnership deal to be announced. Go IPIX!!!
