Companies don't reveal the actual terms, negotiation status, value of any type, responsibility of either side. Total neutral information, only the basic, 'term agreement' (reality). No definition of status other than that. If one does, it could effect the entire process. So why debate it? Every deal, in a sense, is 50-50. Emotions are human but irrelevant in this situation. Only disclosed facts matter. Enjoy the moment, it is an improvement isn't it? Yeah!!! since this is a positive change in status for the company. Enjoy it.
