They don't want people living on the coasts or mountains, rather all in the big cities, except corporate farms. It is like they are trying to cause a crisis to bring in change. Either way, it is a mess. I saw photos of houses in NC on the coast on stilts that were washed out and fallen down.. Why did they let them build? Will they let them rebuild?
