First, the FBI does not have jurisdiction to investigate a "crime" against a minor where the statues of limitations expired decades ago BECAUSE IT IS NOT A FEDERAL CRIME.

Second: She cannot give a date, even a year nor an address for the house. No law enforcement officer would take the case without enough information. Where do they start? If hey had an address, they could track down the owner from 1980-1983 and ask them if there was a booze party at their home sometime in the early 1980s.

Since there were minors and booze was served in their home, the parents have livability. Do you think they would say yes? Do the parents know who was at the party? Of course not!

Kavanaugh has the right to refute this false allegation, from 36 years ago, and defend HIS integrity. Grassley has not offered to allow her to testify in private.
