Nope, didn't look it up. Sorry, just sounded like more noise to me. No interest in a small speed bump that is unimportant in the grand scheme of things. It's not going to bankrupt them.
It won't matter in the long run because it really won't have any effect on the companies success. There are more pressing issues.
Small companies lack a lot of policies.
Still, even civil cases like this happen all the time between former employees and companies.
