That's not gonna happen. When a realtor takes on a client, they sign a buyer representation agreement that includes a section where said client can dictate what I can and can't tell a party we are negotiating with. If he has done anything sketchy, I'm sure that section is filled out...considering he knows how crazy some of these internet sleuths are. If i was licensed in that state, I'd make an attempt to fish for info from his agent. But i could lose my license for doing something really shady. Not worth it.
