You're forgetting the SFOR feast appetizer. Tonight on NPR's "Market Place " program, Kai Ryssdal, just announced DoD is in use it or lose it spending season. If DoD doesn't spend the remaining 60% of their budget (just authorized 3/23) by midnight 9/30 funds must be returned to Congress for reallocation in the next FY that starts 10/1. So, what does this mean for SFOR? Remember all the "testing" Mark spoke of? Read about DISA & DARPA, as elaborated on by RDY2ROCK & Gold49er. Now recall recent Mark's Twitter reply to the inquiry about channel partner (ACS) payment. Essentially, we'll get paid (by the Federal Government) when we get paid! IMHO that big payday will be 9/30 to ACS. My only question concerns previous Federal payments made to our Federal vendor, ACS. (please refer to Stargazer's post # 35064). The bottom line is, money is in the Federal pipeline. Even Mark, given his Twitter reply, doesn't know how long that pipeline is! He can't say for sure if some Federal funds will hit SFOR accounts recievables by the 3Q fins info cutoff date of 9/30 or not. We just might have to wait until the annual 10-K to know the full amount IMHO. So until that report comes out 2/15/19 I remain long and strong SFOR. GLTA long-term investors.
