The float has been held by longs for years. Yes, the shorts have controlled the price but they know they are soon to lose that control hence the 24/7 press by them of FUD coupled with the price walk down. I hope Aspire wasn't counting on those shares because I don't think he is going to get them just as I don't think there will be any cash shortage once our partnership is announced. Time will tell all and this is a high risk/high reward situation but the incredible science has eliminated much of the risk IMHO. Go IPIX!!!
