And here we go, share price below 0.25 and both funding agreement with Aspire are now void until the share price is above $0.25 again.
I struggle to understand why the company would put itself in to such a situation, why didn't they raise $4 mil back in June, that would at least have bought them some more time to complete the deal.
Now they are negotiating with their back against the wall, which if they even close a deal could adversely impact how good the deal becomes.

Just unreal, I think this is the last time I invest in a US company, simply too much corruption in the US markets.
