Bureaucratic red tape is so annoying. Finally, the SEC is rotating cases. Solaris's case has rotated from Judge Cameron Elliot to Judge Carol Fox Foelak. The process will start again with a court order issued by October 3rd. This time, with any luck, the case should proceed normally. It's on Judge Foelak's list, case 3-18489.
