Those two Asks at .0123 for 10,000 shares by CDEL and MAXM are not the real amount of shares that they have at the ask. I have tried to buy them out in the past and the price doesn't move up until they let it no matter have many shares you buy.
Soon we will have real MM's that don't need fake asks to sell or buy their shares
