And The intelligence agencies told Rice it was a video.
We know the intelligence agencies, Obama and Clinton LIED about the video!

Rep. Jason Chaffetz (R-Utah) acknowledged on Wednesday that House Republicans had consciously voted to reduce the funds allocated to the State Department for embassy security since winning the majority in 2010.
But the "compound" in Benghazi WAS NOT AN EMBASSY! IT WAS A CIA OPERATION!
THE DEPT OF STATE UNDER CLINTON HAD A HISTORY OF WASTING TAXPAYER FUNDS.
State Department bureau spent $630,000 on Facebook 'likes'
July 02, 2013
State Department officials spent $630,000 to get more Facebook "likes," prompting employees to complain to a government watchdog that the bureau was "buying fans" in social media, the agency's inspector general says.
The department's Bureau of International Information Programs spent the money to increase its "likes" count between 2011 and March 2013.

State Department Waste in Iraq Costs Billions, Audit Finds
January 25, 2010
For nearly $4.5 million a year, the State Department assigned a 16-person security detail to protect six U.S. contractors in Iraq who already had a team of hired guards they didn't really need.
The expensive miscue is one of many described in an audit issued Monday of a $2.5 billion State Department contract with DynCorp International for training Iraq's police force.
The department repeatedly failed to oversee the contract properly, according to the audit by the special inspector general for Iraq reconstruction. The findings also suggest the department remains ill-equipped to watch over the vast amount of U.S. money flowing into Afghanistan.

The $43 Million Afghan Gas Station Scandal Blows the Lid Off Pentagon Waste
A contract of just under $3 million was given to Central Asian Engineering to construct the gas station, but the total amount ended up being $42,718,739. Around $12.3 million was spent on direct costs, while $20 million went to overhead.
The average Afghani, who earns around $690 annually, wouldn’t be financially able to convert his or her gasoline-powered car to natural gas.

2015 - The worst offender last year was the State Department, which spent 37 percent of its budget in a wild September shop-till-you-drop spree that included $26,315 on North Face parkas and $5 million for custom stemware.
New U.S. embassies come at a hefty price for taxpayers
2015
As Congress studies ways to save money, U.S. Embassies around the world are getting a closer look. The embassy in Afghanistan is expected to cost American taxpayers nearly $900 million. And then, there's the plan to build a new embassy in Mexico.
In 2011, the State Department settled on a 15 acre plot that came with strings attached. It was the site of a Colgate Palmolive factory. And needed a full environmental cleanup before building could begin.

The Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO), funded through the Embassy Security, Construction, and Maintenance (ESCM) appropriation, is responsible for providing U.S. Diplomatic and Consular missions overseas with secure, safe, and functional facilities to assist them in achieving the foreign policy objectives of the United States
Would you be surprised to learn there was NO US Embassy in Benghazi?

On September 12, 2012, SecState Clinton made two statements. She never used the word “consulate.”To describe the place that was attacked in Benghazi she used instead the words ‘U.S. diplomatic post, compound, our buildings and our office.’
Why was Ambassador Stevens in Benghazi? President Obama said Stevens was in volatile eastern Libya "to establish a new cultural center and modernize a hospital." Sure.
Actually Stevens was playing CIA agent in Benghazi, just like he did a year ago when he organized militants to bring Gaddafi down.
Their relationship was different this time. Stevens was in Benghazi arranging for an arms shipment to Turkey.
While Stevens was in Benghazi the ship Intisaar´(victory), with 400 tons of cargo which included ´SAM-7 surface-to air anti aircraft missiles and rocket-propelled grenades (RPG`s), sailed from Benghazi to Iskenderun, Hatay province, Turkey, a stone’s throw from Syria.
