(OTCQB:COSM), an international pharmaceutical company, has submitted its formal application to list the company's common stock on the NASDAQ Capital Market.
Cosmos Holdings CEO Gregory Siokas commented, "We believe up-listing to NASDAQ will increase awareness of Cosmos Holdings in the financial community. This process to up-list to NASDAQ reflects the significant progress we have made in strengthening our corporate governance, improving operating efficiencies, and positioning the company for growth and profitability. Acceptance for listing Company shares is subject to approval, in part, based on the Company's ability to meet minimum NASDAQ listing requirements.
