You know me and clinical evidence. But I think I will try the low dose and intermittent use described in the article.
Less for the energy boost, which I don't need, and more for the possible cardio and neurological benefits claimed.
And of course as a 'spare tire' for when 'holiday eating' or mid winter lassitude sets in.
