60 days is more the average time frame.
DD now turns more to the legal aspect as DD prior to term sheets should have included patents/$ figures etc.
Now it boils down to legal rights and responsibilities etc.
Much of the deal is fashioned around boilerplate templates.I would assume there were some difficulties occurring if the deal DD stretched out to 90 days.
I also have to assume that by Leo's posturing that he is very confident of this deal being finalized in a rather timely fashion.
