Agree. your "vortex of secrecy" assessment makes perfectto me. It originates from our Federal vendor/channel partner, ACS. With the US Government's Confidentiality Statement involved, if Mark gives out any details before release authority from the Federal OPR is given (since SFOR is the supplier, not the vendor, ACS) the deal would be jeopardized, SFOR could be heavily fined and Mark could go to Federal prison. IMHO Mark is being meticulous in avoiding any of those possibilities.
