I agree, the deal COULD be executed any day, but I

The bigger the deal (big company, big dollars... however you want to look at "big", the longer it's likely to take - especially with any negotiating back-and-forth, as that could very possibly involve multiple departments/functions within the buyer organization (legal, sales/service, accounting... even the marketing department re company image, brand protection, etc.).
It's very possible that much of whatever deal has already been laid out, and that what was "verbally agreed" was based on such an already existing deal framework (which could even be a well-manicured private label purchase and resale agreement). But SB did not elaborate, so we simply cannot know.
I, personally, will expect something anytime between today and the end of next week, but will not be surprised if we don't hear about the final executed agreement for another 5 or even 6 weeks. In my mind, the longer the wait, very possibly the bigger / more substantial the deal will be for us. Unless, of course, as I said the deal could have been well into final details and negotiations by now (but I can't know that from what was stated).
