Based strictly on history of how well most of us have figured out the timing for events as to the IPIX pipeline, I would say plan on 90 days and don't be upset if further delays ensue. We have yet to be surprised to the early side of possible dates.
I am not saying above in a negative sense, but in a logical and historical sense. The desire for an early date is mainly due to cash flow problems, but if IPIX can manage this problem adequately, it really doesn't matter much whether 45, 60, or 90 days AS LONG AS THE DEAL GETS DONE AND IT HAS THE MONIES THAT SHOW THE ACQUIRING BP TRULY VALUES THE B PLATFORM AS WE DO.
