Firstly, one needs to look no further than the balance sheet to see a company growing at a remarkable rate. 3.22 million in revs this year, with over 3.5 million in AR's. As distracted driving becomes more prevalent, demand will grow for our patented tech, which has virtually no competition. There are other DD apps out there, but none of them come close to what Cogosense has developed. This is a bigtime $$-maker and as SB finds additional distribution channels, the revenues will continue to grow.
Our first private label deal is in the bag. Private labels are not created unless the volume is there. New packaging would have to be created for it, which is an expense. But with volume, the profits offsets these costs. IMO, we may have nailed down either AAA or a major big box retailer, such as BEST BUY or TARGET. Looking forward to hearing more about this.
MJ--SB has invested in a true start up here. He's been vetting new companies for over a year now and given the time he has put into researching this business opportunity, it's exciting to know that we finally have some eggs in this basket. Once the craft works its way into the marketplace (MJ is legal in CA), the idea of franchising the name is truly exciting. It will be fun to watch this infant learn to crawl and walk.
6th arm--nice to see this is coming to fruition and it's what #SMDPC is all about. It's a techie thing IMO, and could be something related to the new chip COGOSENSE has developed, or a type of fiber network solution:

It's great to know that HEXAGON is still a work in progress. Many bumps in the road here but I'm glad SB has finally decided to come to terms with the DE debt in order to get this moving. Over a year in the works, we should be close to seeing this come to fruition. The promised share reduction will follow.
SB is no doubt guilty of counting his chickens before they're hatched...this is a sign of an over enthusiastic CEO who's freaking excited about what he has going on here. I wholly agree that we've seen way too many forward-looking statements get dragged through the mud on their way to the finish line. But sprinting toward the finish line in a marathon is not a smart way of doing business. New businesses always hit potholes as they race down the highway toward success.
SHOW ME ONE OTHER 2.5 YEAR OLD START UP IN THE PINKS THAT IS DOING MILLIONS OF PROFITABLE REVS. At the end of the day, what matters most is the financial strength of the company and ONCI/HEXA is one strong little m-f-er with the potential to grow into a monster.
