I wasn't around when Steve bought this shell, so I don't know the details...all I know is that it had way too much debt & baggage...& that's probably an understatement! When he finally gets all of it cleaned up & we get the hell out of Delaware...I'm sure the headaches will drop by 90%. Every negative thing that has happened goes back to SoS Delaware...ie: audit, dilution/debt, FINRA acceptance/name change & last but not least...share reduction. They are the proverbial monkey wrench in the gears. I just hope the next timeline (next week...ish?) is correct, & we can be done with the regulations & red tape of Delaware, & be welcomed to the Rocky Mtn state with open arms.
