**PUBLIC RECANT**
I feel all real longs have shown great fortitude, resilience and ultimate faith and because of this you will be rewarded greatly.
Being a retail investor in IPIX for over 5 years, you see the good and the bad and everything in between. I have seen the good in people and I've seen the very bad. I've even been attacked by longs for giving my opinions although I never directly bashed the company. I've been called a multi-identity, have had legitimate posts deleted and been attacked through direct messaging because I give my insights and my trepidation accordingly. I have always believed that management had good intentions and I always believed in the SCIENCE.
The one thing I could never understand was why management would create the milestone payments to Aspire from June 30th to Sept 30th and further dilute us with 16 million shares that I described as "toxic" funding if a real partnership was on the horizon. It made me wonder, although I had unwavering faith, if something may be going on with management or if we may have been milked. If you are a long and didn't have this feeling at least once then I think you would be lying... The 5% in me that questioned the situation as my "Alternative Scenario" in the previous post WAS DEAD WRONG...
The 10k proves this beyond doubt. Most people see this 10k as doom and gloom, but it's not. It's management preparing for a very bright, lucrative future for a company that has had a target on its back and will have a LARGER target once, what we all know is being worked on, comes to fruition. Here are my opinions, take them or leave them. I am very impressed by Leo and management from taking this company from a glimmer to a supernova before it's last contracting blast.
Aspire was necessary... They were even more necessary once the attacks came from Mako, the frivolous lawsuit, and the band of gutless spewing aliases among the boards.
Aspire became much more useful when management became super aware that they had struck pharmaceutical oil. You should be proud of your management. They bought assets from bankruptcy proceedings and made your investment into a gold mine. The milestone agreement was put in place along with the manufacturing contracts because management understood that any potential partner would low ball the assets because of the overall inconsistency and uncertainty. Leo used the Aspire contingency plan to gain leverage and that's exactly what is occurring. He has a term sheet for B-OM and I have reason to believe Prurisol delay is not purely on accident or mismanagement of funding. This was a calculated delay which gave the ability to add B-IBD to the partnership. Prurisol will be a success and management's keen intuition will allow for this soon. You may be upset we haven't gotten the results but trust me when I say it will pay off in dividends with a little patience.
The 10k proved what I am speaking of with Note 13 and the other expenses loss since there is high probability of not reaching the milestones by September 30th. Why announce the milestones if they are not needed any longer? Why further dilute shares to loyal share holders with what's down the pike? I believe Aspire is not happy about this. They can dump shares and the market manipulators, we have all come to know and love, can speak countless hours of doom to clear their short interest from both Aspire and retail. Don't let it happen! Swallow up shares while you can.
The 10k was management's last attempt to shield themselves from libelous commentary, short interest manipulators and frivolous lawsuits right before the REAL PRESS starts to hit. IPIX will be the darling of the town but it will create even further manipulators to start licking their chops... The 10k spells this out knowing that the REAL LONGS will hold their ground. Leo and Menon have a lot of skin the game. Count their salaries all you may but they WILL show you finally that they are worth every damn red cent they make and more. They deserve the generational wealth to come for them as they will provide great drugs to needy people, including my mother, while staying out of debt and maximizing shareholder's interests.

Yes, share price and market cap have taken a hit but like I said previously, it has absolutely no bearing to what the assets are worth or what a worldwide pharma will be willing to pay to partner for them.
There is always risk... This was SPELLED out to you completely in the 10k but I am MORE confident then I have ever been regardless of what my Ameritrade account says!
I made a mistake questioning management. The OTC sucks and hopefully we will rid ourselves of the exchange. Hopefully the cast of characters will jump to the next company but I say this with regret. It's unfortunate they use their tactics for financial gain by attacking companies looking to better the world and utilize capitalism for its best standards of reward.
I am humbled... I thought I was the smartest in the room but I said that while Leo was in the room with me... I appreciate everything he has accomplished to date and I am behind you 100%.
There were many great posts from very informed people on all boards. I would like to thank them all for their insight. One in particular has kept me going as of recent. For that I appreciate you. I hope the people who continually bash this company and management (even antisemitism) finally get their day of reckoning as Financial Murphy's Law swings the pendulum towards your tuckus.
