just a quick thought......
Wouldn't it make more sense for Rory to unleash all the good PR's after we are uplisted on the NASDAQ?
Good PR's might be spilled over here on the OTC because of the heavy manipulation by MM's that short the stock imo.
Plus we will have more eyes on us once we are on the NASDAQ, so that the PR's will impact the pps in a positive way unlike here on the OTC.
We don't need the good PR's on the OTC imo because as how i interpret my DD it won't matter what pps we are on on the OTC because the underwriter (Global Alliance Partners) will value the nFusz and Sound Concepts business together for a true value for the IPO/uplisting based on the contracts/revenue/future revenue/growth/fundamentals.
I'm expecting a huge gap up overnight with the IPO/uplisting, probably within a months time.
I would love to hear others opinions about this, thanks!
