It's the one HUGE mistake that SB has done with this. Announcing something he knew he couldn't complete and not being upfront with the information to the shareholders. Then being late on his quarterly fins didn't help matters. When you're walking on eggshells in the OTC market, you can't shoot yourself in the foot like this over and over again.
