Note from SFOR/BSAFE on upcoming pre-STO. MUST BE AN ACCREDITED INVESTOR TO PARTICPATE...
To STO Token Investor,
We greatly appreciate your investment into BlockSafe’s Seed Round and are very pleased to announce our Pre-STO round starting on Monday, September 24th that will last for about two months around December 1st. On Thursday September 27th at 2PM EST, we will provide you a WebEx presentation on the Pre-STO, explain the deal terms and demo the products. This round will be open to the PUBLIC accredited investors.
This invite is for you and others that you know that are accredited investors and have interest investing in the BSAFE™ Pre-STO, and how it works as part of our 506-c that will be available and in place by Tuesday the 25th of September the latest. We will also have a Reg. S in place for foreign investors that also have interest.
