$PSGR Over the course of its existence, according

In the early years of Pershing Resources, WHAMA JAMMA Technology was the carrot presented to investors. ALLEGED New Technology precious metals extraction techniques were used to entice individuals to invest in the company. Nothing ever became of the 'New Technologies'...no profitable and continuous production was ever reported or established. Over the past few years, there has been little to no suggestions by Pershing Resources of WHAMMA JAMMA extraction techniques. (Example: Look up the 'sonification' method that was to be used at the (near) Kingman, Arizona site).
What investors SEEM to have been exposed to is the acquisition of 'new' precious metals claims/mine sites that could possibly/maybe/perhaps provide excellent financial results from the extraction of alleged precious metals on site....once the finances are raised to actually do something at the 'new' locations. NOW, instead of WHAMMA JAMMA Technologies, investors are presented with mine/claim sites that could possibly/maybe/perhaps provide investors with a good return on their investment. Again, something could possibly/maybe/possibly happen IF finances are raised to provide the bucks for fees, licenses, and start-up costs. It now appears that the 'NEW TECHNOLOGY' sell ran its course and investors have been presented with another plan. The focus has shifted from NW Nevada (Marco Project) to Kingman, AZ (New Standard Enterprise) to (near) Tonopah, NV. The Marco Project was presented as a location with excellent potential (assays were reported to be good). Marco Project was set-aside for the even better potential located at a site near Kingman, Arizona (Enterprise Mine). This site was then expanded and limited test production was to start once permitting and a mill was set up BUT an even better locations were found AND a business partner was acquired! So...the Marco Project ran for several years with NOTHING, then the company switched its focus for several years to the (near) Kingman, Arizona location where NOTHING happened and now is fixated on the (near) Tonopah, Nevada location. Strange coincidence that, just as the alleged New Whamma Jamma Technologies frequently changed, the locations of potentially profitable working mine sites are never developed as new WHAMMA JAMMA mines sites are acquired.
NOTHING EVER BECAME OF THE NEW WHAMMA JAMMA TECHNOLOGIES....just sayin'.
I certainly hope that Mr. McDowell (and his company) has followed and understands the history of Pershing Resources and will accept responsibility for the company's direction.
ACTIONS AND RESULTS. NO MORE BS!!!
