So now, Cisco finds itself in the exact position Microsoft was when it inherited PhoneFactor's IP infringment litigation. We all know how that settled. The big difference between then & now is that SFOR is bargaining from a position of strength, not weakness. Consequently, I expect a much nicer settlement with Cisco.
