Great points JB. let's also remember that when Dr Dalton said it's out of his hands he also said he gave "them" everything they need. "Them" can't be Congress because what would they need from Dr D? He must have been referring to DEA/FDA. I can almost guarantee it my friend. Also read Dr Daltons post on LinkedIn about the frustration of being an entrepreneur and waiting on bureaucrats. Derek Quinn replied that Dr Dalton can be persuasive and hopefully the wait won't be long. You can't persuade Congress unless you are a lobbyist. But you can be a little persuasive with bureaucratic agencies that you have spent many years dealing with imo.
Did the farm bill put a temporary hold on everything? It's possible but we don't know for sure. But just in case it did we should start praying for a speedy compromise on that bill.
