This is by far the smartest thing Leo has ever done! By not doing anything prior to October 1 he saves the shareholders roughly $7 million and around 21-28 million diluted shares. What you are witnessing is a pissed Aspire because they can no longer rob us of our shares. The partnership is near and we will no longer need Aspire.
