I strongly disagree with the statement you made to me earlier in a PM claiming that the management of this company "didn't do anything in-house anymore". That statement alone tells me you aren't at all aware of the scope of what they're doing here.
There aren't enough of them to get all the i's dotted and the t's crossed. They have to focus on getting things done right, and that unfortunately doesn't mean that some one else is going to handle all of their managerial duties for them. They are the brains of the total operation, NOT venders.
Not only that, the Mexican deal was a special one in that CBD Alimentos (or their parent company) was willing to pay in advance for the first half of the order, saving the company from having to bite off a large amount of dilution due to the super low share price, and once the first half of the order is delivered to the warehouse and ready for them to transport into Mexico, they'll front the other half. It doesn't get much better than that for a small company starting out and trying to control dilution.
They can't afford too many deals jammed in too closely together unless they are deals cut on similar terms as the one with CBD Alimentos, or all the cry babies and bashers will really have something to cry and bash about. HUGE DILUTION.
I believe you are grossly oversimplifying the work these people are doing here. They are doing much more than just private label deals, and even with those they have a great deal of work to do. I don't think your fully realizing the logistics here.
With people like Blackington and Kravitz onboard, I highly doubt they'd be postponing multi-million dollar contracts without sound reason for it. They are striving to create shareholder value as quickly as possible. They hold a lot of shares. If they postpone anything, it's definitely because it's wise to do so.
Negotiations and legalities alone require their undivided attention. The departments in this company have like one person each, not 5 to 10. It'll come, just not all at once. Its' simply not possible. Bills have to be paid, and until they break into profit, they will have to control the rate of expansion, especially any portion of it that would require massive amounts of dilution.
