Summary - September 12.
A dramatic day for $DIGX with the long-awaited first communication from Eco Innovation Group, Inc in the form of a combined Issuer Disclosure Statement and 2018 Q2.
The end result turned out to be much as anticipated with the previous subsidiaries reverting to public entities, the new company effectively reverse merging and inheriting the thin share structure, and a ticker change being announced.
There were two big surprise bonuses in the Disclosure.
First was the elimination of any interest by L and Z Chernyakhovsky - previous owners of the company - who did previously have preferred shares with a strictly limited allowable selling rate that never actually affected the price during runs but iHub bashers used to continually refer to in a misleading manner.
Second, the new President John English bought 77.5M (now 77.5K) common shares before June 30, 2018. He therefore probably paid .0005 or .0006 so now has a vested interest in getting the price up to .6. This corrects my previous post that opined he paid .1.
By getting the filings up to date, $DIGXD should be upgraded to OTC Current within the next day or so.
During the course of the day, the mystery whale was increasing his $8,500 bid sequentially from .0800 > .0900 > .1000 > .1100 > .1200 - all without fills apart from 2 insignificant paint downs early on of 995 and 5,000 shares.
With the spread closing up, it was inevitable that the ask was going to get taken out at .14 and indeed that happened.

Well done everyone who held during the reverse split - particularly if you also joined in the loading at .1 equivalent on August 28.
Over the coming days, we should see more buying in the .1 > .2 range - particularly from those that held off buying .0001s on August 28 or .1 > .1650 since.
As previously stated, $DIGXD should be thin to the upside with most traders wanting to spin out their holdings of .1s > .2s to trade in the .2 > .5 range for 100% to 400% profit since most holdings above were buys at the equivalent of .4/.5/.6 (and those holdings have all been divided by 1000 now).
Ahead watch out for:
- $DIGXD being upgraded to OTC Current.
- Ticker change being approved - :ECOX has been requested.
- First formal PR.
