So let's review...
JBII settled with the SEC for the bare minimum non-fraud fine in 3 out of 6 charges and the other 3 were apparently dropped entirely. $8.8 million disgorgement became zero instead.
Claiming this SEC settlement is a victory for the bashers is as brain dead as claim a lifetime STFU order for the 3 stooges' libel case is a victory for them too
