Well we've reached the turning point in the chart seems like it's going the other way now I think we hit the first up day of a new trend. The momentum change is caused by a change in strategy where they will be able to continue regardless of how the hearing goes in the summer by setting up clinics all over the world they will not have to deal with federal agencies holding them hostage.
