I will be honest, the pit of my stomach fell while reading the 10K but I know they always take the most devastating path to cover their behinds regarding upcoming events.
The non-binding agreement is the saving light but my question is why would the BP not realize they could offer us just about anything and IPIX would have to take it just to keep the doors open?
If anyone wants me to take this private so as not to make public my feelings, just let me know and I will do it thru PMs.
I take it the BTD for OM hasn't been submitted but if the deal goes thru no problem. Who knows if CRO got paid w/ additional funds from the 28 June agreement w/ Aspire so that we now may have the P2b data being tabulated as we speak.
Not happy to see a warning will have to be put on the Prurisol (psoriasis) box but it seems every treatment for that must also have a warning and readily available test for hypersensitivity to abacavir doesn't sound too bad so that shouldn't be a major problem.
This 10K felt like we took a good broadside but I don't see the ship going down (though the SP will most likely feel the pain over the next number of weeks)
