$PSGR Today is September 11, 2018 (9:30 AM AZ time), the last share sale was September 6 at $0.0175. Still waiting to hear how Pershing Resources plans to raise that $10 MILLION for the new mine sites in Nevada near Tonopah. Of course, investors understand that these financial things take a while to consummate the deal. Look how long it has taken for Blackridge Capital and Pershing Resources to finalize their 'Up to $1 MILLION' deal. HMMMMMMM....is that still on? I haven't read or heard anything about it for OVER two years.
So......over two years and investors have NOT heard anything about the Blackridge Capital deal....if I do a little math.....HMMMMM. $1 Million in >2 years then $10 Million should take 10Xs as long so...….
There is NO guaranty that anything will or will not be done BUT,
the math puts the investment at greater than 20 years before anything is POSSIBLY completed.
MAYBE the Great-Grandchildren will see an increase in their Share Trust Fund by the year 2040. Hell, it may skyrocket all the way up to $0.0185 by then!!!!! Of course, I am assuming that Pershing Resources doesn't go through the same iterations of 1) Buying (ahem) precious metals Claims sites 2) Issuing Press Releases that express optimism in the precious CLAIMS sites 3) Providing assays that suggest precious metals in sufficient quantity to merit the development of a TEST at the (new) mine site 4) Suggest that the mine will be developed within the next couple of years (after R&D of course) 5) Locate some new potential precious metals CLAIMS (future mines) and forget about the prior Claims/Mines. 6) Selling and renaming the company 7) Repeat 1 through 7 (inclusive).
That should work out to TEN (10) new Claims potentially being filed over the next two decades.
I have already told my Kids and Grandkids to read this Board every so often so they will have a history and documentation over the coming years. They will be able to more easily access Company Press Releases and personalities that may disappear over the years ahead. Additionally, IF the company is 'sold' and renamed, they will have a trail to follow to develop the History. Yep, they have a start from DAY 1 and through ALL of the iterations AND personalities.
ACTIONS AND RESULTS NO MORE BS!
