The CEO has recently stated that there will be exciting announcements ahead.

The ask at .0003 is usually in the 95M > 140M range now - this comes down dramatically when some decide to cancel on news or when others decide to sell at .0002 for a loss. Typical buys have been in the 10M>25M range in the past.
The stock should be exceptionally thin above .0004 and has run to about .0015 in recent years.
In any event, it is thin at .0003 compared to most stocks in this price range.
