(the Company) (OTC:OCSY) is pleased to announce that it has entered into a formal agreement to acquire 100% of the outstanding ownership interest in a privately held security/protection firm based in Houston, Texas. Under the terms of the agreement the Company will issue restricted common shares in exchange for the ownership interest. The transaction is to close on September 30, 2018 with possession date of October 1, 2018. The acquisition will be established as a wholly owned subsidiary and will transition the Company from a one service to a multifaceted security/protection company.
