We have beat this dead horse again and again. He probably does not want to shell out let's say 400,000 or 500,000 to pay off a debt to a state agency and then incur the costs of moving. He needs the money to grow his core business and maybe pay himself. That is probably the reason no real payments have been made and why he is behind in his purchase of the company ( I forget its name). Finally, this is probably the reason why no real move has been made on the marijuana company/purchase. I sure do not want any more convertible debt. He needs operating capital to grow the core business. You know what, I am ok with that. He can even pay himself some money for compensation and repay his 456,000 personal loan to the company before entering the marijuana phase.
