Recap on where we are with DIGXD:
New President - John English.
New company name for ticker - Eco Innovation Group, Inc.
Eco Innovation Group was formed in July 2017 by John English.
Either Eco Innovation Group, Inc has been acquired and added to the portfolio of companies including Expressions Chiropractic & Rehab and Split Endings or those business have gone back to private ownership and the ticker has been used to reverse merger Eco Innovation Group, Inc for it to go public.
Prior to all these changes there was no debt and a thin share structure. The share structure is now even thinner.
- otcmarkets.com has been updated as follows:
- New President, Treasurer, Secretary.
- New company HQ address (moved from TX to FL).
- New phone number and e-mail address.
- Removal of all references to previous President, Treasurer, Secretary.
Looking out for ahead on otcmarkets.com:
- Updates to business description.
- Removal of old website digitunder.com & pissble replacement.
- Insertion of new balance sheet (under Financials tab).
- Filing of 2018 Q2 (under Disclosures tab).
- Updates to Verified Company Profile by TA monthly (to confirm no dilution whatsoever in 2017 and 2018 to date).
In addition:
- DIGXD reverting to DIGX.
- Possible ticker change to one more appropriate to new company.
- PRs regarding new company Eco Innovation Group, Inc.
- Possible website (search regularly).
