Wow, quite a weekend. I don't pay attention over the weekends much anymore.
Wewi is and always was a turd. SOL tech is non existent. Why would you build SOL into a system when you can just make it a USB plugin for charging, then it would work on anything. It was a modern TV/VCR combo. Worthless. The company is a joke and ANDI offered them a face saving way of going out of business, that's all it ever was IMO.
Mike always was going to be replaced. I think any of us in from the start all kind of knew that. The company has failed miserably so far and the CEO is always accountable. But Mike was always a stop-gap figure head and I am sure he was paid handsomely for it. I think him being gone is a positive.
Transparency will either follow or it won't. But your money is still all gone until the company does something. Back to work for me, I really do have a company to run.
I am also the CEO/CFO of another company and I am just a figure head and paper pusher because the men really running the company don't have time for it, nor previous experience. I was brought in to set up the company, advise and institute financing and budgets, streamline day-to-day and manage non-creative duties. I will gladly hand over the reigns when they are ready for it, but keep an ownership position. It happens all the time.
Still holding and still very red. I hope this all turns around for us someday soon, but odds keep getting worse.
