You are correct Junebug, UNVC would not need to be current before doing a reverse merger. However, it is prudent to be current because that eliminates surprises that could prove costly for the merging company. I don't see any such surprises in this case. A company attempting to go current after years of non-reporting can stall the process as long as they see fit (they just never finish). However, once finished, they must report because it is a material event. Some ask why UNVC would not wish to become current as soon as possible? While that is a good question, it fails to recognize that it is Univec's choice to become current, and the speed of becoming current is largely up to them.
I suggest that much of this process is still being controlled by AGRiMED. Once UNVC becomes current, many things will need to be revealed and made public, and AGRiMED management is not yet ready to make anything public. However, based on recent contact, I suggest AGRiMED is now ready, and the green light will be given for UNVC to proceed. My prediction is this month.
I suggest this is what "GET READY" is all about.
