Has anyone ever requested to see copies of the annual meeting minutes? It would be interesting to know which Board members were present, what their agenda looked like and what actions were approved by corporate resolution. Among the most important rights that all common shareholders have is a degree of control and influence over company management selection and general meeting voting rights. Like most small companies, OWCP management controls a sufficient number of shares that preclude the rest of us from easily interfering with their plans and they can have a quorum without any of us being counted. That said, the company would be wise to share information with common stockholders beyond SEC filings and an occasional chairman's letter to shareholders.
