the SEC is clearly both complicit and corrupt .. anyone who spends any time watching *trading* on any OTC company for any length of time .. can see the blatant manipulation that is done .. so the SEC no longer gets the pass re: being just incompetent .. and it is equally clear in the *they all collude* category that brokerage firms .. Market Makers/ECNs .. are equally complicit and corrupt and in bed with those NR entities that illegally manipulate (up and down) equity pricing
until these crooks actually go to jail and their *fines* bankrupt them .. nothing will change .. if one can *coordinate* a group and make multiple millions on an annual basis .. and if actually *caught* .. get a verbal slap on the wrist and pay a fine that is minuscule to the cost of those ripped off .. why wouldn't crooks' CONtinue to carry on ..
true story .. note in about how the tapes of trades was utilized by an investor in one of our OTC Survivors .. brokerage firm was questioning their *trades* (all were buys and 75% were at bid) .. what the brokerage firm *noted* (at the behest clearly of the NR entity significantly upside down) was that the *trades* looked suspicious as to manipulating the PPS of the stock .. with the tape of trades .. investor was able to *prove by the visual* that their trades were buys on bid and that the ask was being UC by X (OTCX decoy manipulating both IPIX/PTOI) and CONtrary to brokerage firm's *belief* .. PPS was actually being taken back down .. not going up .. (this is why *imo* YOY %s matter along with lots of other crap NR does CONsistently) .. it would be helpful if more retail fought back .. i've said for years .. every OTC target should have their data recorded (trades) in alignment with what l2 .. *shows* and what it doesn't
every IPIX and PTOI investor should file a complaint against OTCX (decoy)
for what they consistently do on both equities
really curious to see how the next 2 legal data points are *reported* on both PTOI and IPIX .. (due out ah's on 9.12.18)
