It’s not complicated: I owned shares, didn’t like all the big PR’s that just evaporated and Q after Q with paltry revenues. The product and tech seem fine, so one would think there’s hope that someday someone might be able to do something with it, but so far it’s been years and no joy. So maybe the only real strategy left is to try to pick up the products out of a 363 sale. Maybe if & when the dilution stops, buying the common stock might be more viable.
While I’ve got you here, wasn’t there some multimillion dollar “award” from a “nonprofit” DECN was in the “running for” that we were supposed to know the status of in “ten days” or something? Sorry about the quotes, but I’m not the one that comes up with these “PRs”.
