Yes, bottom line is QMC is SEC "CURRENT" meaning
Post# of 22456
meaning it can now apply for OTCQB,
which wlll not take long to happen.
For a long time, QMC has had its automated
mass-production system in place, and more
recentlly has expanded its capabilities both
in capacity and by adding product lines.
That is QMC's contribution to the 3-legged stool.
The other two legs are (2) QD applications that can
now be made economically and therefore, profitably,
if a (3) manufacturer will fund production.
There are many possible QD applications from
Displays, Sensors, Biotech, PV, LEDs and more.
There are applications ripe for production.
There are major manufacturers in each of those
application areas.
It will only take one major deal to validate QMC
and open the gates for other OEMs to enter.
We have been at this point it seems for almost
a year. Now, being SEC Current, and uplisting
to the OTCQB, conditions are at their best for
QMC to accept such deals and take its next
steps as a leader in its field.
