Exactly ZPaul! If the Appeals Court skips the oral argument in favor of "under briefs", it won't break my heart. I believe that as long as they reverse the California decision, it will give SFOR the vindication and validation deserved, and provide as I previously mentioned; iron clad precedent for our future infringement cases.
