presumably this means they do or will have the money to do so- it took my best friend 18 months to revise the website of the co i used to be pres of- but that was due to a divided board after i no longer was president-and due to change orders by the board
and also intimates they will be having more frequent news
so maybe either 1 or more grants are in the offing -though their recent announcement of pretest study setup may be part of that, as others have noted
or else they feel, due to negotiations, they are close to monetizing the eu flatpack patents via some arrangement
