LAM doesn't care about price appreciation. They loaned money to ONCI and have terms set of how and when they are allowed to sell off the shares they were given in exhange for the loan money. I think that info is around here somewhere I don't have the time to dig it up. All of these finance places that provide loans in the OTC just want their money back. They aren't holding the stock in hopes of cashing in big when the share price goes up they could care less about that they arn't traders. I've been in tickers where the finance company could care less about the price stability and literally plummets the stock price on heavy selling. We have been luckily with this company sure they took it down from .01 but we could easily of been in the trips long ago. Steve imo structured this deal pretty well.
Wish i knew the answer as to whether or not LAM will be done when the Q comes out. That's all dependent on if they can sell off all their shares before. For your sake and mine and all the others on here I sure hope so because at that point all well have to deal with is the retail ask stackers and NOT dilution. Much easier to move the price up when just retail is involved.
