$DATI “Fortunately, the downgrade in our status with OTC Markets was not due to an inability to file our quarterly disclosure timely, nor for a lack of capital,” stated Ajene Watson, CEO of Digital Asset Monetary Network, Inc. “A simple oversight on our part was the cause and I take full responsibility. The unusual time it took to straighten out the matter however, was unfortunately exacerbated by our filing to change our corporate name with FINRA.”
